Senior GL Accountant with French or German
The Company
For our client, a prestigious multinational corporation that is currently expanding its Shared Services in Poland, we are urgently seeking for motivated and ambitious candidates for the position of:
Senior GL Accountant with French or German
The Role
- Timely completion of all allocated tasks (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Performing corporate tax calculations (incl. deferred tax) and arranging the VAT returns
- Dealing with internal customer queries
- Participating in continuous process improvement
- Mentor team members and coordinate processes
The Person
- Higher education (preferably in the area of Economics or Finance & Accounting)
- Work experience in accounting, preferably in the General Ledger department
- Very good command of English (both spoken and written)
- Very good command of French or German (both spoken and written)
- Prior work experience in a BPO / Shared Service Center will be an asset
- Strong computer skills (ERP systems will be an asset)
- High interpersonal and analytical skills
