This role exists to achieve pre-set sales and revenue targets and goals in coordination with dealers and to develop product and brand image amongst retail customers in the assigned zone i.e. adjacent market (Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Maldives)
Responsibilities: -- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness. -- Develop and implement digital media and advertising for China -- Explore and maximize social media channels to raise brand awareness ---Develop strategies to drive online traffic to the company website -- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing --Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
• Experience Level : Senior Engineer (7-10 Years) & Engineer (3-6 Years) • Experience in electrical/electronics engineering of Automation and Control Systems products • Hands on experience in value analysis/value engineering with focus on component engineering. • Participate on CE savings ideas generation along with client CE leader and Coordinator • Perform the feasibility review of new CE ideas assigned from CE leader – datasheets and drawing review, investigate if the FFF (Fit, Form, Function) of the product is not affected. Also check if new suggested part meets required industry standards and client requirements. Document all results. • Sourcing Review - cooperate with Sourcing providing all CE project details in order to get project approval • Total cost model preparation and approval – support the CE Manager by collecting project data such as cost of engineering services, capital investment, other services, projects length and define the Return of Investment. • Test Plan preparation – Prepare the specific Test plan for CE project to make sure the alternative component will satisfy all requirements and final product performance meets the specification, get approval from client CE leader • Component and Product level Qualification – Perform all require testing, complete test report, get approval from client CE leader • Project Implementation – In cooperation with CE leader, Sourcing (ISC) and Coordinator, execute the new part implementation in the factory
Job designation/Field of work工作任务/职责范围: 1. Supplier selection: 供应商选择 Plan and execute source evaluations at potential suppliers. Check action plans and monitor the implementation of countermeasures at the suppliers. Final evaluation and recommendation to SAC (Sourcing Approval Committee). 策划、实施供应商资源评估。检查供应商整改计划并监控供应商处的整改措施实施情况。将最终的评估和建议在采购委员会上汇报。 2. Preventive quality management: 预防性的质量管理 (*) Evaluate potential risks of supplied parts and their production process in the phase of product and process development. Focus on critical products and suppliers. Select and use appropriate difficult quality methods, tools and standards. 在产品和过程开发阶段，评估供应商供应零部件以及生产制程潜在的风险。将工作重点放在关键的产品和供应商管理上。选择使用适宜的质量方法、工具、以及标准。 3. Process audits at suppliers: 供应商过程审核 (*) Execute and lead preventive and reactive process audits to ensure stable processes in the start up phase to determine the quality of supplier’s production processes. 为了确保供应商生产过程启动阶段的生产过程稳定性，实施并主导积极的预防性的过程审核。 4. Production process and product release: 生产过程及产品的放行 (*) Coordinate, control and release the product quality regarding complex requirements (i.e. drawings and specifications) and the ability of the production process to achieve a permanent high level of quality. Train, support and assist the suppliers in the preparation of documents regarding prototype, OTS- and Initial samples including reports. Plan, execute and monitor the PPAP process internally and externally including documentation of the results; Inspect the delivered PT parts as well as the PPAP parts (according to responsibility matrix), also in the case the production location change. Handshake parts: 零部件移交 Handover of responsibility for parts after SOP (Handshake) to BYD A Quality. 将SOP后零部件管理的责任移交给BYD A品质部门。 6. Claim process: 索赔流程 Handle critical and complex claims before handshake and in the ramp up phase. Initiate failure analysis (8D-report) including corrective action plans and containment actions. Support BYD Quality after handshake for critical claims of supplied parts. 在零部件移交前以及爬坡阶段处理关键的和复杂的索赔。负责最初的失效分析（8D报告），包括纠正措施和围堵措施。在移交后，针对供应零部件的关键索赔为BYD品质部门提供支持。 7. Supplier readiness: 供应商准备情况 Plan and lead cross functional supplier readiness teams (SRT) or participate actively to support the suppliers to solve critical and complex product and process quality issues. 策划并主导跨部门的供应商准备情况小组(SRT)，或积极参与支持供应商来解决关键、复杂的产品和过程质量问题。
