Build BDNT financing platform and introduce enough credit resources 建立经销融资平台和引入信贷资源 - Building the access condition of BDNT dealer financing and maintain dealer data uniting BDNT S&M dep. and financial institutions. 联合金融机构和公司销售市场部建立经销商融资资质准入条件，维护经销商数据 - Assisting BDNT S&M dep. and financial institutions to sign dealer financing contract with dealers, following the post-loan work. 协调金融机构和公司销售市场部及经销商签订经销商融资贷款协议，跟进贷后事宜 - Communication with financial institutions to introduce enough credit resources into BDNT, innovative financial products and to reduce the cost of dealer financing for company. 沟通金融机构，引入多元化信贷资源，创新金融产品，降低公司为经销商融资所付出的成本 3. Maintain and build relationship between financial institutions and BDNT 维护公司和金融机构关系 - Communicating with financing instituations to maintain BDNT, financial institutions relationship 沟通银行，维护好公司、金融机构关系 - Follow up and deal with the abnormal situation 跟进处理异常情况 4. Main goals and objectives: Securing tax compliance in the fields of CIT, Withholding Income Tax (WHT) and deferred taxes for several entities of Volkswagen Group China (VGC) Development, implementation and monitoring of strategies regarding the CIT position of VGC Securing a harmonized and coordinated approach to the tax authorities at all locations in China Managing the daily CIT and WHT matters of the holding company in Beijing Your Responsibilities: 1. Give tax advice in the field of CIT and WHT 2. Analyze service/construction permanent establishment (PE) issues in China and provide respective advice 3. Review commercial transactions and legal documents for compliance with PRC tax law and regulations 4. Monitor the PRC tax environment regarding CIT and communicate internally 5. Communication with external advisors and local PRC tax authorities in solving tax issues 6. Calculating and reporting/filing CIT and WHT 7. Optimize tax workflows (including risk and control management and governance, risk and compliance (GRC) reporting) 8. Responsible for internal tax reporting to VWAG via “Tax Information System” (TIS) 9. Reporting of deferred taxes to VWAG for the consolidated financial statements (VoKUs R160-System)
Responsibilities： • with the accounting and internal control regulation according to the finance and tax law of the PRC as well as requirements of the Volkswagen Group. Aligning with other departments of company for tracking payment applications and financial reimbursement on time, as well as suppliers for alignment with the invoice issues and related problem solving. • Reducing financial risks (payment) evolving from corresponding processes and improving the efficiency of commercial transactions. • Operating daily work smoothly and keeping good interface within the corporate finance team as well as internal and external customers. • Developing, implementing and maintaining an effective payment and reimbursement process as well as supporting IT systems.
Responsibilities: • In charge of the preparation of monthly presentation materials for senior management. • Interfaces with the business units to understand underlying issues. • Works with country finance to advance finance share service operation. Promotes consolidation and standardization of accounting treatments and procedures at the country level with a strong commitment for continuous improvements • Assist BU controller to preparation of variance analysis reports for management, the audit committee and the external auditors. • Utilizing BPC\Outlook Soft to retrieve financial information in support of ad hoc projects and tasks • Builds financial models to assist in understanding of operational performance and sensitivity to external factors, and analyze strategic portfolio option scenarios (M&A planning)
1. Overall responsibility for financial control environment including implementation of financial policies and procedures, as well as, managing internal and external audits and other compliance related processes. 2. Work closely with functional managers in conducting detailed financial and business analyses to identify potential problems, determine root causes and recommend appropriate solutions. 3. Establish business partnership with President and leadership team. Along with President, the key leadership, need to be able to challenge and motivate peers along with rest of organization. 4. Develop and maintain forecasting processes that accurately predict future performance and motivate actions to insure it hits agreed upon target. 5. Lead financial portion of the strategic planning process, ensure that results from initiative are properly scoped, presented, tracked and reported. 6. Generate the annual financial budget. 7. Regular communication of financial performance to the company President and VP Finance in a format that allows meaningful discussions. 8. Submission of accurate financial statements that are compliance with US GAAP and DHR accounting practices under monthly reporting and forecasting rhythm. 9. Proactively strengthen processes and approval levels to eliminate breaches of internal controls and insure compliance Danaher standards of conduct. 10. Drive the use of DBS and continuous improvement within the Finance Organization. 11. Manage and develop key Finance team members.
