Working experience: 4+ years of experience in a technical role, production environment or in project management for technical projects/machine installations Experience with handling customer relationships is a strong plus 4. Knowledge and skills: - Good coordination skills (judgement and people skills) - Sound technical understanding (mechanical, production systems and/or automation technology) and deep interest in advanced machines and processing technologies - Structured working approach and hands-on problem solving skills - Strong oral and written communication skills - Ability to communicate on eye-level with senior customer representatives, sales representatives, internal leadership etc. 5. Establish the good relationship with government to get more source and help. 10. Ensure compliance with china CGAAP. 11. Use appropriate cost rates, to reflect the real productive management and real productive result. 12. Provide instruction and answer questions relating to budget procedures. 13. Coordinate with the external auditing and local tax bureau, using the applicative tax policy.
