Responsibilities • In this role, the candidate need to participate and responsible for suppliers’ including repack supplier’s quality assurance system establishment, implementation and continuous improvement. • Get involved with our global supplier audit system to ensure suppliers’ quality and products management under compliance and company quality assurance system requirements. • Set up China supplier audit standards, maintain and improve suppliers’ quality assurance system especially on package material requirements. • Based regulations and standards, work together with stakeholders to precede selection and evaluation on potential suppliers. • Precede audit work for suppliers’ production or quality control, evaluate report and monitor suppliers’ correction action plan. • Set up and update approved suppliers’ list • Assist and support suppliers to precede quality continuous improvement. • To work with stakeholders and lab to set up incoming material inspection process, including sampling control and batch management. • To get involved for our global quality audits. • To place and monitor 3rd party purchase orders status.
Responsibilities: - Material addressing and handling in Harbin plant; -Coordinate with engineers, production leader and warehouse administrator to address material location in production line to assure effective material feeding; -Identify material feeding method to production line; -Identify the cadence/sequence of material feeding and its quantity per time; -Coordinate industrial engineer, production and warehouse to guarantee just in time material feeding to production line; -Support to identify safety stock level including BOM and Non-BOM material in order to mitigate the risk of missing material in production line; -Control missing material in production line and coordinate to keep the production cadence;
Responsibility: - In this role, the candidate needs to play a key part in drafting/initiate the overall logistics strategy for business. Identify key areas for improvement and KPIs with 3rd party suppliers. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure service provided is a quick and efficient manner to maximize the profit. - Responsible for sourcing and selecting most competitive 3PL suppliers to the business, include trucking companies, 3rd party warehouses, forwarding companies for chemical products and other relative logistics suppliers. - Responsible for daily management with 3PL suppliers including inbound, outbound, monthly inventory controls and reports etc. - Responsible for the effective operation of Import and Export process - Managing logistics affairs as per customer’s requirements and ensure the effective respond. - Managing order system and process to ensure the physical operation is matching with ERP system. - Coordinate and assist in inventory control and demand planning - Make sure the internal logistics operations are effective, including cost and lead time
