Recruiting Excellence Foremost the feedback was for a global standard in recruitment and trained recruiters. Antal International has an advanced training, induction and mentoring program and as a result of the results, we established the Antal Academy for the sharing of best practice on a national and cross-border international basis.
All our consultants are trained and mentored throughout their careers in advanced recruiting skills, key account management, interviewing and leadership.
Experience and Ability Another key finding was that boutique, typically owner-managed recruitment firms enjoyed a high value-add relationship with clients but critically often lacked the ability to provide scale and to undertake multiple or cross border international assignments. Often they lacked reach and depth in service capabilities. Our clients felt that this more customer-focused and intimate approach was highly valued but needed scale to be able to offer a more national and international solution to serve their needs.
The above led us to expand our existing company owned network via the attraction of industry sector experienced managers and consultants through the franchising of our brand, systems, training and methodologies in addition to continued investment in company operations and increasing scope and coverage.
We believe that this approach affords clients and candidates alike numerous benefits and has already resulted in generating substantial success for clients and has assisted in furthering best practice across our network and adding to the knowledge and skills bank that Antal International is today.
