12-15 yrs.

Should have an experience in Sales in real estate industry / IPC

·         Should have an understanding of the current industry trends and must possess good negotiation skills

·         Should have the ability to develop and maintain good relationships with Property Consultants, channel partners and brokers

·         Should have good connect with HNIs.

·         Should have exposure to handling luxury residential project

 

 

Overall Purpose/Objective

Of the job

Responsible for sales of residential property by tapping Sales through Institutional, Corporate, Direct, IPCs, local brokers.

 

Key Responsibilities

(List major responsibilities, that you have,  to achieve the key objectives)

·         Understand the finalized quantum of residential space, the architectural drawings, the pricing strategy and expected rates for the residential project and then prepare sales brief in detail

·         Formulate a list of potential clients through available market data

·         Identify various channel partners to be empanelled across locations and thus develop the strategy to be adopted with each category

·         Undertake the planning of launch events by inviting channel partners and also execute various marketing activities such as designing informative brochures, etc… with the support of the marketing team

·         Ensures effective sales pitch made to the clients and the site inspections/ visits arranged and all the queries are promptly handled

·         Manage effective negotiations and finalization/ closing of deals in a timely and effective manner

·         Ensure that all the required amounts as per the payment schedule/ specific timelines are collected from the clients

·         Timely submission of MIS report to the top management

·         Ensure timely goal setting, monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to team members.
