Business Planning  - Forecasting accuracy

 

Annual Operations Plan

  • Deliver as per timeline
  • Accuracy should be 90% or more

 

 

  • 90days rolling forecast

 

  • Managing and coordinating, with both the internal and cross-functional organizations
  • 5th of every month as per MSA
  • Forecast should be between 90% to 110%  & variation in 60days forecast to lock forecast should be less than 20%

 

 

  • 30days locked forecast

 

  • 5th of every month & daily forecast as per MSA
  • 80% of the time DoM(day of the month) should be between 90% - 110%
  • Overall monthly forecast should be between 90% to 110%

 

 

  • Intraday forecast
  • Publish forecast on Wednesday of previous week for the next week forecast
  • 80% of the time forecast
  • Forecast should be between 90% to 110%

Capacity Planning

 

  • Conduct staffing requirement evaluations and track detailed resourcing plans shared by vendor to meet future business need.
  • Responsible for monitoring results of headcount growth in terms operational volume & efficiency

 

 

  • 110% capacity availability against locked forecast

Analytics & Adhoc Management

  • Converting data to information and sharing impact analysis to the stake holders

PROJECTS

  • Revamp forecast & Capacity model basis business dynamic, take signoff from stake holder and implement the same
