Job Description

主要工作职责:

1.确保SAP系统及相关接口系统的运维达成服务协议的目标要求,熟悉生产物流业务,了解与其他业务部门接口流程;

Ensure the operations of SAP systems and related systems by achieving the SLA KPIs, familiar with production logistics business process, and know the interface with other department process;

2.通过持续改进和设立改善项目,设计并改善IT支持的效率和有效性;

Develop and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT support by performing IT projects and continuous improvement;

3.协助项目成功平稳转入运维支持,达成业务目标;

Support business to achieve their targets by implementing projects successfully in means of start-up management;

4.管理内外部员工,优化资源和外包,并进行持续提升;

Manage internal and external associates in means of optimize sourcing and continuous improvement;

5.建立、运行并改进标准的事件、变更和问题管理运维等流程;

Establish, run and improve a standardized Incident management process (IM), Change management process (CM), Problem management process (PM)

6.建立、运行并改进IT服务持续性流程.

Establish, run and improve a standardized IT-Service Continuity management process (ITSCM)

任职条件:

1.本科以上学历,计算机,信息技术或相关的专业;

University Degree equivalent or higher education in computer science, information technology or relevant subjects;

2.最好8年以上IT行业工作经验,至少3年以上项目管理、运营管理经验;

8+ years’ experience of IT industry, at least 3+ years’ experience of IT project management, operation management and IT Finance Management;

3.SAP PP/MM配置、权限、集成测试、ABAP开发基础技能;

SAP PP/MM configuration, authorization competency, SAP integration testing competency, ABAP basic skill;

4.具备多元文化下跨团队协调管理经验;

Ability to drive cross-team topics in cross-cultural environment;

5.团队讲解、时间管理、团队合作、领导力、教练技巧、培训、专业、纪律合规、自信、积极,流程集成导向;

Group speaking skills, time management, team working, leadership, coaching, trainer, professional, disciplined, assertive, positive, process Integration focus ;

6.流利的英语听说读写能力, 良好的沟通和演讲技巧.
