Job Description

1. Around 15 years relevant working experience in multinational corporations, working experience in a plant is desirable;
2. Strong client / business acumen with the ability to ensure people capability / needs are aligned to overall business strategy;
3. Strong influencing skills - can skillfully influence peers, colleagues and executives management team to promote own ideas;
4. Good at consulting / coaching, include the ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
5. Familiar with employment regulations and market practices in China;
6. Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
7. Strong sense of accountability;
8. Positive thinking, passionate, open minded. Adopt a proactive approach and can do spirit. Able to work under pressure
