Human Resources Manager, sales support (HRBP)
- Assist HR Director in leading efforts to embed GROUP Ways of Working / values, managing the day-to-day HR operations and employee relations in the corporate office.
- Support the execution of HR policy/guidelines, recruiting strategies, compensation and benefit plans, GROUP Commitment, employee survey etc. to enhance employee engagement, drive efficiencies and create employee value for the GC corporate team.
- Work closely with HR Director and corporate HR COE team to support talent development, employee engagement, communication and related HR projects to achieve a better work environment and greater employee engagement for the GC corporate office. Be a role model for our employees in order for them to share in our values and enthusiasm.
