Human Resources Manager, sales support (HRBP)

Job Description

·  Assist HR Director in leading efforts to embed GROUP Ways of Working / values, managing the day-to-day HR operations and employee relations in the corporate office.

·Support the execution of HR policy/guidelines, recruiting strategies, compensation and benefit plans, GROUP Commitment, employee survey etc. to enhance employee engagement, drive efficiencies and create employee value for the GC corporate team.

·  Work closely with HR Director and corporate HR COE team to support talent development, employee engagement, communication and related HR projects to achieve a better work environment and greater employee engagement for the GC corporate office. Be a role model for our employees in order for them to share in our values and enthusiasm.

·  Manage the training needs analysis, the planning and execution of corporate training programs and development initiatives, including the implementation of the corporate training calendar and corporate new hires orientation etc. Effectively manage training providers and vendor relationships.

Qualifications and Experience- 
·Bachelor degree in Business or Human Resources related preferred 
·5 years + experience as Human Resources generalist / HR Business Partner 
·Training delivery experience or organization learning background preferred. 
·Experience in large multi-national preferred.
