Job Description

1.与IT管理团队建议并达成IT目标及IT战略规划;

Working with IT management to propose, agree and deliver IT strategy and target

2.系统性支持IT资源、能力、技术水平管理;

Responsible to support symmetrically management in the IT department resource and competence skill level

3.制定并实施IT相关的指导、合格及质量流程和文档;

Responsible to implement of all IT related guidelines and compliance process and quality documents

4.基于标准HOUSTON IT方法论和工具,裁剪并实施符合BBAC的标准;

Responsible to tailor and implement HOSTON IT methodology and tools in IT projects

5.对IT各个方面的流程进行优先级和标准化管理;

Responsible to prioritize and standardize process on all aspects of the IT department

6.制定和维护IT架构、蓝图规划及实施路线图,确保IT整体对业务的准备充分;

Develop and Maintain IT architecture landscape roadmaps to ensure the IT readiness for business from short term, mid-term and long term aspects

任职条件:

1.本科以上学历,计算机,信息技术或相关的专业;

University Degree equivalent or higher education in computer science, information technology or relevant subjects

2.8年以上IT行业工作经验,至少两年以上IT治理方面经验;

8+ years’ experience of IT industry, at least 2+ years’ experience of IT governance

3.具备多元文化下跨团队协调管理经验;

Ability to drive cross-team topics in cross-cultural environment

4.团队讲解、时间管理、团队合作、领导力、教练技巧、培训、专业、纪律合规、自信、积极,流程集成导向;

Group speaking skills, time management, team working, leadership, coaching, trainer, professional, disciplined, assertive, positive, process Integration focus

5.流利的英语听说读写能力, 良好的沟通和演讲技巧

Both fluent written English and oral English are required, good communication and presentation skills.
