Ø Review, refine and implement the performance management program, HR system, processes, templates and programs to drive organization performance.
Ø HRIS owner for the performance management module.
Ø Design performance management system, process and template, and integrate the revised competency model into the performance management template.
Ø Drive the performance improvement plan. Drive the annual performance review process. Conduct communication sessions on importance of performance management.
Ø Audit the quality of the performance discussion, target setting, performance rating distribution at the dealerships
Ø Set up HRIS performance-related module
Ø Participants’ feedback on the relevance of the program content.
Ø Manage the range of HR programs for your assigned region
Ø Major in Human Resources, Management or related fields.
Ø Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in organization development
Ø Experiences with multinational companies is preferred
