催化剂销售经理

Job Description

1. To be responsible for Sales of VOC catalysts and technologies in China under the leadership of Department Manager;
在部门经理的领导下负责中国的有机废气催化处理技术和催化剂的销售工作;
 
2. To support in making and update of annual sales plan of  VOCcatalysts and technologies;
参与制定和更新年度VOC技术和催化剂销售计划及规划;
 
3. To implement and review the sales plan; 
实施并评估销售计划;
 
4. To be responsible for the project inquiry and proposal handling and prepare the technical proposal and commercial quotation; attend the project bidding; coordinate and participate the negotiation meeting of technical agreement and commercial contract;  
负责项目的方案及询价处理, 准备催化剂的技术方案和商务报价;参加项目投标;协调并参加技术协议和销售合同谈判等;
 
5. To assist the project manager from HQ on project execution and keep contact with local clients for communication and coordination, provide necessary document and/or on-site English translation;
协助总部项目经理进行项目实施过程与国内客户的沟通和协调,向客户提供必要的文件和/或现场英文翻译服务;
 
6. To cooperate with tech service engineer to coordinate the after-sales issues;
与技术服务工程师配合,协调售后服务的相关事宜;
 
7. To timely and frequently to attain client’s operation data, and coordinate local and HQ to evaluate the performances; 
定期、经常性地获取客户催化剂运行数据,并协调本地和总部人员进行性能评估;
 
8. To establish and maintain good relations with the end users, the EPC contractors and/or design institutes;To keep regular contact with and visit clients, and timely update information of the clients;
建立并保持与最终用户、总包公司和/或设计院等客户的良好关系;定期联系和走访客户,并定期更新公司客户信息资料;
9. To participate domestic relevant seminars and conferences according to the arrangement of Department Manager and research the market and client’s information;
根据部门经理安排参加必要的国内相关行业会议,并研究市场及用户信息资料;
        
10. To timely learn the policy change for domestic industries, update the market information, summarize the information and report to Dept. manager in a regular basis, and provide the suggestions on sales strategy;
实时掌握国内的相关行业政策变化,行业信息更新,定期整理并汇报给部门经理,向公司提供销售策略建议;
 
11. Other tasks assigned by the Dept Manager;
部门领导安排的其他事宜;
 
12. Report to the Dept Manager。
向部门领导汇报工作。
 
Qualification:
资格要求:
 
1. Tertiary education in Chemical Engineering/environmental engineering/mechanical engineering Post graduate in Business Administration or Marketing will be an advantage; 
具有化工工程/环境工程/机械设计等的高等教育背景。如也有商务管理或市场开发方面的教育经历更佳。

2. Proven track record of sales/business development in China, especially in coal chemical, Petrochem industry. 
具有在中国的销售/业务拓展方面的良好业绩,尤其在煤化工或石化行业和相关行业企业。

3. At least 5 years working experience preferred;
至少5年以上工作经验

4. Independent and able to motivate, grow as a team member in China. Results-oriented;
独立和主动性强,和中国的团队一起成长,注重工作成效。

5. Good sales and relationship building skills;
良好的销售和关系建立技巧

6. A good team player;    
良好的团队合作意识

7. Fluency in both English and Chinese
