P Organise individual inspection assignments on the basis of information submitted in inspection requests.
P Detail inspections requested by orders, special technical specifications, contract-related inspection programmes, pronounce actions carried out in compliance with contractual documents. The inspection could also be oriented to qualify the process capabilities of a supplier, its potential to deliver against specification requested by DGT.
P Prepare an inspection report detailing results and using a check list or inspection data sheet to specify the points carried out, draft a list of reservations (if necessary), issues equipment acceptance conclusions.
P Unless there are some problems or obvious non-compliances, drafts a Final Inspection or Release Certificate for equipment. The purpose of this document is to provide the inspector authorization on equipment packaging and despatch to Logistic department.
P In the event of obvious non-compliances, raises a non-compliance record for the equipment concerned with the IRA’s approval.
P The quality Engineer will be responsible for setting up a continuous improvement plan with suppliers that systematically deliver poor performance from quality stand point. The engineer is also responsible for following up corrective actions on non conformities from deliveries out of specifications.
P Sends completed reports to the coordinator, only for saving a subsequent distribution.
P Coordinate with the inspection agency established by the client, if applicable.
P Perform the quality dossier for the project.
P Responsible for enforcing the law, behaving with moral and ethics before the society and all the stakeholders.
P Responsible for complying with and enforcing the procedures and processes of the company.
P Report to QA&QC or HSE department all anomalies and deviations found (occupational / environmental accidents, damage to property, bullying, sexual harassment, near misses, nonconformities, not compliance with a legal or contractual requirement, unsafe behaviour, etc.
P Additional requirements may be required at certain local entities.
P Degree in Engineering related majors.
P Knowledge on quality management related (graduated or attending).
P Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control field.
P English business level required.
