Job Description
My client is a famous US EPC and energy company, As Engineering Manager; he will be responsible for managing system solution development team for Oil & Gas-LNG Project global and local business growth. Any interesting pls contract

The key responsibilities include:
Business growth: Deeply understand business need, drive program to meet the commitments. Be able to identify the potential business opportunities and working with Tech leadership business partner
Program Execution Overlook: Support and monitor though PM focal for program execution – cycle time, phase gate compliance.
People management: own responsibility for resource pipeline management, coaching & mentoring, differentiate individual performance, talent career development.
Team Culture Build-up: Create a positive environment where everyone can flourish and be successful
Cross Function collaboration: Work effectively with organization and functional lead, including Testing, Process, HR, and Finance. Repot to Aisa VP.

BS/MS in Engineering;
10+ years total working experiences in Oil & Gas technology organization, could be mixture of developer, project manager, team lead/manager. Successful team management experience Proven records in leading team to deliver on commitment
Demonstrate strong leadership, initiative, planning and organization capability;
Experience in working with business functions (marketing, sales, supply chain), and customer to develop business case, product concept.
An in-depth knowledge in engineering principles, design concept and applications;
Understanding of product life cycle models and typical software development process
Self driven, motivator with high energy who leads by example
Experiences in automation domain preferred;
Oversea working experiences is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
New Product Development skills in various disciplines are expected
Good experience in Software Engineering involving Object-Oriented Programming and Design preferred
