Job Description: 职责描述
1.Being the leader for the Refinery Department responsible for the overall management of the Department, and report to Managing Director. 作为炼油部门领导,负责本部门的总体管理并向公司总裁汇报工作。 
2.Responsible for the recruitment and the training of new employee, developing of business capability and the work quality of the Department. Making annual employee performance evaluation of the Department. 负责部门新员工招聘及培训,提升部门业务能力及工作质量。负责部门员工年度绩效考核。 
3.To manage the department to carry out sales and technical service in Refinery business in China in related fields, including technology and catalyst. 管理本部门负责开展在中国炼油相关领域,包括技术和催化剂的销售和技术服务。 
4.Responsible for the working arrangement and operational guidance for employees of the department, setting up department's annual sales plan and making regularly evaluation and adjustment. 负责部门员工的工作安排和业务指导,制定部门年度销售计划并做定期评估和调整。
 5.Responsible for client contact and technical exchanges in Refinery business, attending biddings, supporting HTAS’ business managers from HQ in contract negotiation, meeting, visits with Chinese clients for license project and catalyst contract. 负责炼油行业专利技术项目和催化剂合同的客户联系和技术交流;参与投标,协助总部业务经理进行合同谈判,参加会议以及拜访客户。 
6.To manage and develop long-term relationships with Chinese clients and design institute. 负责管理和发展与中国客户和设计院的长期关系。
 7.To manage department in project execution and coordinate the communication between client and HQ. 负责管理本部门的项目执行和协调客户和总部之间的沟通。 8.To manage technical service in Refinery business, working with HQ to support sales. 负责管理在炼油的技术服务工作,与总部人员共同支持销售工作。 
9.To manage the collection, analysis and maintaining of Chinese market information and industry information to support company strategy. 负责收集、分析和维护中国市场信息和行业信息,以支持公司战略。 
10.To assist oversea projects in which Chinese contractor or investors involved. 协助有中国承包商或投资者参与的海外项目。 
11.To keep contact with industry associations, attending relevant conferences to promote technologies and catalyst in Refinery business. 与行业协会保持联系,参加相关会议,推广炼油领域的技术和催化剂。 
12.Other tasks assigned by Managing Director. 总裁交办的其他工作。 

Qualification: 资格要求:
 1.Tertiary education in Refinery and or Petrochemical Process Engineering, Post graduate in Business Administration or Marketing will be an advantage; 具有炼油和石油化工的高等教育背景。如也有商务管理或市场开发方面的教育经历更佳。
 2. At least 3 years sales experience in refinery industry, petro chemical industry,proven track record of sales/business development in China. Prior working experience and having established contacts in stated owned refinery and/or local refinery industry in China will be advantageous; 至少3年以上在炼油或石化行业的销售经验, 具有在中国的销售/的良好业绩。和中国国有及地方炼油企业有过合作经验并建立良好关系的优先考虑。 
3.At least 10 years working experience preferred, experience as business team leader; 至少10年以上工作经验,有担任业务团队领导的经历; 
4.Be able to lead, motivate and coach team members to grow the business in China. 能够带领,激发和指导团队成员一起拓展中国的业务; 
5.Good sales and relationship building skills, results-oriented 良好的销售和关系建立技巧, 注重工作成效; 6.A good cross function team player; 良好的跨部门的团队合作意识 7.Fluency in both English and Chinese 中英文熟练
