Retail Director – World Famous Fashion Brand
Base in Beijing
Job Responsibilities:

1.Performance monitoring
Implement relevant sales performance reports to optimize decision making;
Analyze actions impacts and propose corrective solutions such as new promotions or new prices;
Improve sales forecast accuracy;
Identify mal-practices and communicate them to retail director;
Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning;

2.Stores operations
Manage store daily operations such as sales, merchandise availability, promotion;
Prepare operations materials with visual merchandising department;
Ensure network implements retail's department decisions;
Maintain brand standards in all stores;
Implementation of all operations plan according to stores grades;

Re-establish communication between retail department and all other departments;
Ensure a top/down and bottom/up communication with retail teams;
Provide solutions to problems with high responsiveness;
Involve all related departments for building sales operations;
Federates teams behind a project to increase sales and ensure efficiency;

4.Inventory clearance
Update continuously inventory clearance plan to ensure it matches with global company target
Check quality of inventory clearance projects sent by regional managers and ask for corrective action

5.Customer service & VIP relationships
Management and continuous improvement of customers' hotline (Implementation of reporting tools);
Cooperate with CRM department to manage at best relationships with VIPs;

6.Market intelligence
Maintain awareness of market trends within the industry;
Identify current and future customer trends;
Benchmark competitors sales plan and practices;

Skills & Experience
1.At least 5 years retail operation management experience
2.Team leader and player
3.Strong knowledge of retail business
4.Strong reporting and analytical skills
5.Excellent structuration of all reporting tools

9.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
10.Capable of diffusing conflict
11.Fluent Chinese and English (written and spoken)
12.Always willing to learn (English, management, retail technics)
