Order Fullfillment Manager
- Knowing customer purchase order process and booking process, put them into POP guide. Focal point to customer buyers/logistics for daily tactics.
- Booking/Backlog/PO management . Track the PO and delivery status, provide confirmation to sales and customer (align the approach with Sales first) if the customer demand can be fulfilled or not;
- Support Sales with the orders information and forecast related issues; Proceed the customer demand with compliance to company rules and new process
- Delivery execution/follow up based on customer PO with accountability of OTD performance.
- Billing/Invoice process management
- Quotation documentation based on annual customer contract/price negotiation.
- Provide feedbacks, expectations ,requirements of customers to internal teams for process improvement.
- Work on order management function related SAP and other system solutions actively.
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Above 5 years working experience in supply chain management and customer care related functions.
- Familiar with inbound & outbound management
- Good at SAP system
- Strong communication skills and rich experience in working with cross-functional and multi-cultural groups
- Strong leadership with the ability to facilitate team action and demonstrate high energy and models behavior to motivate the team
- Strong self-motivation and result-driven attitude
