Main Responsibilities主要工作职责:

1. 负责北京、天津、河南、河北、山东、山西、内蒙、黑龙江、吉林、辽宁小镜种的销售(纤维镜和电子镜)
Be responsible for sales of fiber and ENT products covering Beijing,Tianjin, He’nan, Hebei, Shandong, Shanxi, Neimeng, Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning and achieve targets in a timely manner.
2. 发展和管理代理商;
Develop and maintain local distributors.
3. 联系和保持与本区域VIP的良好关系;
Keep and develop good relationship with local VIP clients
4. 推广公司品牌和产品及技术包括跟台操作。
Promote company medical branding and technical knowledge, and provide timely support to surgeons and doctors.

Qualifications- Education/Experience levels/Skills and Expertise
1. 有内镜行业多年销售和市场推广经验,耳鼻喉领域更佳
More than 3 years’ experience in endoscopic field in sales and marketing function, experience in ENT field would be preferred;
2. 有良好沟通技巧,善于解决矛盾冲突
Good communication skills, strong ability to solve problems;
3. 学习能力强,有演讲技巧
Faster learner, strong presentation skills;
4. 能经常出差
Available for frequent travel。
