Quality Manager and Project Manager (Aerospace)
·Supporting deployment of Aerospace QMS in China
·Prepare EN9100 certification
·Supporting Chinese teams in the new sales / new customer  introduction
·Analysis of aerospace customer needs
·Building technical/commercial proposals for Aerospace
·Interface with Business Line & the department in France headquarter
·Train the new Chinese sale responsible for Aerospace & support its initial actions.
·Propose technical organization in China for aerospace business
·Support first customers works & deliveries
·Support the recruitment of aerospace specialists
·Provide advice for aerospace operation for technical people

·Bachelor degree in relevant engineering major
·5 years’ experience of Aerospace quality operations
·Very good communication skills
·Fluent English skill
·Flexibility and customer orientation
·Managing priorities
·Ability to work in a different cultural environment
·Ability to train and transfer knowledge & practices
