Organization Overview

Work as a team to accomplish the goals and objectives of the support organization

Responsibilities

1.   Technical support

*       Work with customers on technical issues received via phone call, web chat and e-mail. Complete research and provide solutions to customers within defined period.

*       Communicate effectively and efficiently to customers and internal staffs.

*       Create the product solutions

*       Beta testing and help to improve the product quality.

2.   Trainings

*       Deliver the product trainings at the office and customer site in Worldwide to meet the demand from customer.

*       Deliver consultative training to customers.

*       Deliver the training by virtual and face to face.

*       Knowledge transfer for internal staff.

3.   Sales support

*       Support sales closing by presentation and demonstration

4.   Team leader

*       Coaching skill for junior consultants

*       Manage complicated issues independently

*       Manage China team as mentor

 

Qualifications

*       BS in Chemical Engineering mandatory.

*       Excellent communication, customer relationship and troubleshooting skills.

*       Process simulation and modeling experience (HYSYS) is mandatory.

*       Dynamic modeling, Heat Exchanger design experiences are advantage.

*       Native Chinese and Business English communication skill are mandatory.

*       Travel for business as and when the need arises.
