1.1         Education教育

 

-          University degree in major or equivalent or above

大学本科及以上

 

1.2         Knowledge / Skills知识和技能

 

-          Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

流利的口语和书面英语。

-          Responsible, diligent, multi-tasked and perseverant.

责任感强、勤奋、有锲而不舍的精神。

-          Be good at dealing with burning questions and working under pressure.

擅长解决紧急问题和在压力下工作。

-          Presentation skill.

演讲技巧。

-          Facilitating skill.

辅导技巧。

 

1.3         Specific Experience特殊经验

 

-          Familiar with manufacturing industry, especially mechanical field, both state-owed and MNC experiences is preferred.

熟悉制造企业,如果在国有和大型跨国公司经验更佳

 

 

2.0         KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要责任

 

-           Conduct organizational diagnosis&research to recommend improvement solutions for organizational effectiveness in terms of structure,process,system& policies

-          进行组织分析,提出在结构,流程,系统和政策方面的改进建议从而提出提高组织效能的解决方案
-Plan and facilitate change management initiatives

-          计划并辅导管理变革
-Partner and Consult with relevant HR Business Partners and Managers to deliver appropriate organization development solutions

-          与其他HRBP一起,提供合适的组织发展的方案
-Provide analysis,roadmap&coaching on competency development&career management for managers&employees

-          在能力发展和职业发展方面为员工和管理者提供分析,发展路径图和辅导

-          On the demand of company and talent development, set up training management regulation and procedure, strictly implement them and improve related procedure.

根据企业发展、人才开发的需要,建立企业员工培训管理制度、工作流程等,

严格贯彻执行企业培训管理制度,不断完善培训工作流程。

-          According to company strategy, objective, business demand and IDP, make draft of training, submit for approval so as to finalize annual training plan

依据企业发展战略目标、部门业务需求和个人发展计划,组织编制公司培训计

划,上报并通过审批,最终形成公司年度培训计划。

-          Organize and implement annual training plan including define training course, trainer selection, preparation before course, support during course and follow-up after course.

组织实施年度培训计划,包括培训课程的确定、讲师发掘、课程前组织、课程中支

持、课程后跟踪。

-          CMP champion in China including IDP .

负责能力管理在中国各业务单元的实施和开展,包括员工个人发展计划。

-          In charge of establishing and implement Operator Skill Matric including IDP.

负责制定和实施管理工人级别的技能矩阵工作和个人发展计划

-          Implement new employee orientation training.

管理和实施新员工培训。

-          Coordinate related HR system to be compliant with quality and EHS system.

协调管理质量和EHS体系中与人力资源相关的内容,使其符合相关体系的要求。

-          Managers assign other temporary work.
