Job description:

 

·         Manage the structuring files of the current existing entities (e.g. internal transfer of shares, selling of participations, set up of new JVs, …)

·         Increase the financial maturity of current JVs

·         Support project teams on financial analyses regarding business development opportunities : green field projects, acquisitions and divestments, e.g.:

o   modelling and valuation,

o   profitability and risks analysis,

o   project financing negotiation and implementation,

o   follow-up of financial and tax due diligences,

o   discussion documents for internal decision and follow-up processes.

·         Contribute to local finance activities (e.g. annual impairment tests, lookbacks, PAMT, closings etc…)

 

 

Required qualifications :

·         Relevant university degree (Finance, …)

·         Native Chinese, fluent English and/or French required

 

·         At least 5 years experience in an M&A/finance position (Transaction Service team, M&A firm, management consultant), preferably in an international firm

·         Experience in modeling, valuation and M&A processes

·         Good understanding of accounting and tax structures

 

·         Planning ability and capacity to deliver on plans

·         Interpersonal skills and ability to work in multi-disciplinary project teams

·         Flexibility to adapt (workload, time constraints …)
