KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take fully responsibility for  Sales reps training basing on good  facilitate skill and product knowledge
  • Manage the delivery of sales reps training and development programs.

  • Evaluate and track training and development programs, to ensure accuracy, clarity, appropriateness, and consistency of training.

  • Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.

  • Maintain a record structure to support and measure sales training progress.
  • Support Training Head to design a complete and comprehensive  training plan for sales team including RSM, DSM and Reps.
  • Keep close communication with BU sales and marketing team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor degree or above on medicine or healthcare related
  • Must have pharmaceutical sales experience or RSM / DSM experience
  • Nice have training experience. Training experience with top 10 pharmaceutical company would be highly preferred, but not essential

 

 

 

Essential Skills and Abilities

Excellent  facilitate skill with enthusiasm in training

Good teamwork and  written/verbal communication skills

Good English both in oral and writing

Good computer literacy with Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
