Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  1. Be responsible for assisting the Strategic project and sales engagement & SFE initiated project and sales engagement
  • To be responsible for the communication and formulation of launch procedures

 

  1. Be responsible for roll-out of sales strategies, sales policy and sales standard process to effectively implement in sales force
  • To understand the sales strategies, sales policy and sales standard process, and communicate them to RSM, DSM and Rep via the existing communication platform
  • To be responsible for developing contents and material for speeches for the CYCLE, PRE-CYCLE and regional management meetings regarding MSFE
  • To make and update the sales standard process of all levels

 

  1. Be responsible for management on Part time SFE in CHINA
    • Based on all the sales policy and SFE process, providing the professional workshop to Part time SFE from sales team.
    • Monitor and assist with Part time SFE for the COE project delivery in sales team.
    • Periodically organize the training to enhance Part time SFE’s capability, optimize the whole process and content on management of Part time SFE in sales team.

 

  1. Based on Sales Strategy, to implement SFE project in China to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sale teams
    • Based on Sales Strategy, to participate in the discussion of segmentation and targeting standards in China, and to get them implemented among the sales staff
    • Based on Sales Strategy, to participate in discussions on the territory plan template and submission process in China, and to get them implemented among the sales staff
    • Based on Sales Strategy, to participate in the discussions on the procedures of Chinese coaching system,and to implement the system among the sales staff
    • According to the given KPI, to track the performance of the sales team and submit KPI reports on a regular basis

    • To formulate calculation standard process and develop related tools
