Assistant Deputy Manager (Accountant)

Job Description

Our client delivers IT Services, Business and Technology Consulting, IT Outsourcing and System Integration services & solutions.

Educational Qualification          

Any Commerce graduate with 5 - 9 years’ experience on Finance & Accounting knowledge

Professional Qualification if any

Candidate need to have sound analytical skills and should have people management skills

 

Skills ( Must Have)        

-Act as a Service Delivery Lead for the process in terms of Client management, Operations Management including delivering on contractual obligations to the client and People management

 

-End to End knowledge on Finance & Accounts -Accounts Payables process and should have sound analytical skills

 

-Main point of contact and key interface between clients / accounts and client’s internal teams

-Demonstrated proficient leadership qualities, proactive thinker

-Excellent MS Excel/PowerPoint skills

-Excellent knowledge of back office operations

-Flexible enough to deal with multiple issues at the same time, able to maintain a constantly high level of alertness

-Mindset of excellent process execution and continuous improvement

-Excellent in oral and written English language

-Ability to get perform in  a high speed, demanding and conflicting environment

-Team  expectation and attrition management

-Ability to get into micro level details if required

-Analyze and present dashboards, graphs and statistical reports to measure effectiveness of the process improvement

 

Skills( Good to have)   

Foreign languages skills – German, etc.

 

Experience ( Minimum)               5 Years

 

Experience( Maximum)               9 Years

 

Job Description              

-Manage TLs and a team for a customer

-Ensuring delivery of transitioned process as per SLA

-Attend weekly/periodical calls for the group/customer

-Guide the team in improvement projects and quality audits

-FTE Productivity and capacity utilization

-Reporting to internal and external customers

-Review team results and providing guidance to attain and exceed expected results

-Coaching counseling and motivating the team;

-Managing attrition

Security Roles & Responsibilities          

-Updates himself regularly with Company policies on Information Security Management System

-Ensure subordinates are aware of Company policies, in particular those on Information Security

-Ensure Teams Adhere to legal & regulatory requirements as applicable to the nature of work

-Ensure adherence to the Contractual Requirements of the Process/Function
