Inside Sales Representative (Commercial sales representative)
(Bucharest - Romania)

  • The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for working to drive and close a pipeline of leads and opportunities 
  • In this role you will be responsible for driving the opportunities within your assigned territories, and to meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales targets. 
  • This is a proactive sales closing position and only those with full sales cycle responsibility and a track record of consistent success will be considered. 
  • Our inside sales team sells mainly to small and medium businesses and is characterized by a high-velocity model – fast turnover of sales opportunities. We are agile and motivated to close the sale quickly. 

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Continuously identify opportunities for customer development and revenue growth.
  • Engage in cold-call prospecting to nurture clients and partners to create net new opportunities. Responsible for meeting call volume targets.
  • Develop opportunities through cold-call prospecting, leads driven via webinars, e-mail promotions, trade shows and events, web and phone inquiries etc. using consultative sales skills.
  • Responsible for implementing call quality processes and implementing specific call guidelines.
  • Execute entrepreneurial approach and initiate proactive outbound phone follow-up calls, to lay the groundwork, develop the foundation and nurture prospects into opportunities.
  • Responsible for achievement of quarterly, year-to-date and annual sales goals/ targets.
  • Execute Inside Sales Partner strategy to generate net new opportunities.
  • Participate in ad-hoc sales campaigns and programs to help generate new prospects and sales opportunities.
  • Ensure opportunities are qualified properly and ensure referral to field sales reps as appropriate and in accordance with internal rules of engagement.
  • Utilize CRM to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are forecasted accurately and adequate information regarding the prospect and/or opportunity is recorded and communicated.
  • Escalate issues and concerns when appropriate.
  • Other duties/responsibilities as may be assigned

 

 Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years inside sales/renewals representative experience in a B2B commercial software inside sales role.
  • Candidates preferred with strong business vocabulary in Greek Language as well as Romanian and preferably English.
  • Working knowledge of another SEE language will be considered a plus.
  • Experience in selling technology solutions to SMB and large enterprises in an inside sales environment is required.
  • Experience in meeting minimum outbound calls volume and/or talk time goals in most recent role is mandatory. Excellent business writing skills is a must.
  • Ability to generate accurate forecasts to properly project quarterly and yearly sales.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge are required.
  • Ability to multi-task with several tools and applications, to work independently, to prioritize tasks, to honor rules of engagement and to follow policies, processes and procedures.
