Build brand and maximize media investments, in the most efficient way, through external and owned media channels. Activate and drive selling and support linked activities in collaboration with the local sales departments. Identify local brand and business opportunities and act on them.
Responsible for planning, executing and following up on internal and external communications and press activities on the local market. Leads, manages and organizes the local communications team according to company values, standards, policies and procedures in collaboration with the global Communications and Press team.
Lead, manage and develop the Marketing and PR teams (4 persons) according to company values, standards, policies and procedures.
Setting and following up the financial budgets of the departments.
-qualifications in advertising, media relations, communications or business management
-excellent planning and organizational skills
-good instinct for creative ideas and a good eye for design
-strategic focus, are goal and quality oriented are highly dedicated, cope well with stress and are reliable
-excellent communication and team-working skills
-grasp problems quickly and have a good head for figures
-fluent written and spoken English (all internal communications are in English)
5-10 experience in Marketing and PR fields with a higher emphasis on Marketing
Experience in media strategy is a must
Fashion or retailing experience is a must
