Job Description

The ideal candidate will be able to successfully demonstrate products, achieve sales objectives, attract and develop top talent, and effectively manage a newly set sales team with the help of the Sales Director and the management.
He/she will manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities having the ability to make strategic decisions.

Tasks:
a) Be friendly to every external and internal customer/potential customer you come in contact with and assist them to the best of your ability;
b) Direct the advancement of sales for the division;
c) Establish sales targets and assign sales territories to 3 sales engineers;
d) Review market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate goals of the Company;
e) Act as liaison between Sales department, field service team, customers, and represented manufacturers;
f) Build, develop, and manage sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives;
g) Identify new revenue opportunities;
h) Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition.

Requirements:
a) Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales;
b) Degree in Chemistry or Life Sciences is a strong plus;
c) Team leader experience with sales target;
d) Experience selling analytical instrumentation to environmental and/or industrial accounts (Willing to consider candidates from the lab who want a career in analytical sales)
e) People person: must have the desire to be in a customer facing role and enjoy meeting with customers daily
f) Team player and should enjoy a team selling environment
g) Flawless English
