Job Description

Major tasks:
a) Monitoring and analyzing market, competitors and trends
b) Creating and defining sales tactics by customer
c) Preparing the monthly production demand according to the sales plan and actual sales results
d) Creating the operative plans for subordinate sales departments and continuous checking and evaluation of the plans
e) Defining and controlling Trade Marketing plan, activities and budget
f) Organization and/or supervision of trade marketing activities for the purpose of sales and profit growth
g) Controlling all Sales and marketing costs and budgets
h) Cooperation with all departments within company

Requirements:
a) university degree
b) minimum 5 years of sales/marketing experience required
c) experience in managing a sales team
d) experience in consumer goods industry required
e) excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
