Our client is a medium-size group, based right in the centre of Germany. This fast moving daily business revolves around processed forest products. Whether pulp, packing or specialty paper – they are the experts in the field. As a trading company, the client is positioned as a network expert in the market: The supplier and customer satisfaction has the highest priority.

Due to expansion and company growth, we are looking ASAP for a

Sales Manager/ Trader – Central Europe (m/w),

who coordinates and controls the market from the headquarter (Frankfurt/Main).

 

Your task:

 

o    Taking responsibility of predefined customer and supplier portfolio

o    Customer acquisition and implementation of new business opportunities

o    Negotiation and closure of purchase and sales contracts within the sales region Southeast Europe.

o    Development and maintenance of business relationships through business travel to customers and suppliers

 

 

Your Profile:

o    2+ years of sales experience in the trade segment (e.g. metal/recycling/ paper stock trading)

o    Experience in procurement and distribution of products in daily business

o    Excellent supplier- and customer management

o    Business fluent English language skills and ideally another Eastern European language (e.g. Serbian, Romanian, Bulgarian)

o    Eloquent personality

o    High willingness to take own responsibility

o    Willingness to travel
