Regional Sales Manager (Western Cape)
What you can expect
As a Regional Sales Manager for South Africa, the candidate will be expected to create business cases for each product proposal and manage sales in the specified region.
Working closely with the Marketing Department to optimise marketing materials, and define advertising programme in line with area strategy
Manage and improve key customer relationships
Ensure accurate monthly and annual forecasting
Develop proposals for strategic product positioning in the region, and ensure implementation
Establish sound relationships and conduct regular minuted meetings with area team, customers, agents and their management structures
Provide support to Agents during Farmers Days and other sales events
What we expect
Relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Sales or Marketing
A minimum of 5 years sales experience in the Agriculture industry
Knowledge of crops growing in the Western Cape will be a strong advantage
Proficiency in Afrikaans and English is required.
