Specification Key responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the Banking Team’s performance in terms of all e-commerce transactional processing:

  • Management of the Banking Analyst team , ensuring adequate resource allocation to perform tasks optimally Continuously driving innovation in order to produce Analytical results that add value 
  • Analysis of all KPIs as specified
  • Action issues which arise from analysis
  • Analyses and action thereof for optimization purposes
  • Continuously updating and improvement of processing analyses and maintenance procedures •Daily monitoring of historic data
  • Live monitoring
  • Monitoring of new banking roll outs and banking features
  • Accountable for actions which may arise from monitoring
  • Continuously updating monitoring concepts, ideas and tool

 

​​Daily query handling received from internal departments and 3rd party clients Team Lead responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the contribution and effectiveness of the team’s performance 

 

Organisation & Planning:

  • Co-ordinate time and priorities with team members to ensure that goals are met
  • Identify and assign resources for project delivery
  • Set clear goals and project plans for the team

  • Planning, Coaching and measurement of work
  • Collaboratively establish goals
  • Provide resources and infrastructure to assist the team in reaching goals

  • Optimisation of processes and systems in order to ensure efficiency

 

Initiative:

  • Takes prompt action when business opportunities have been identified 
  • Proactively change business KPI or processes when required 
  • Strive to break new ground and set best practice in achieving business results

Requirements Skills and Experience required:

  • Proven Team Leader/ Management experience
  • Previous experience in an Analyst role
  • Relevant qualification is advantageous
  • Working knowledge of the banking product/e-commerce/online payments industry
  • Accurate, efficient and detail orientated.
  • Strong work ethic
  • Professional communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Be able to meet deadlines
  • Highly organized with ability to multi task
  • Advanced Excel Skills essential
  • Deadline driven
