We are well known within the FMCG world for our well-loved food brands. Carlisle is our leading site for supply chain excellence and has an exciting role for a Manufacturing Asset Care Implementation Manager to join our site on a 2 year fixed term contract.
This role is an excellent opportunity to lead the way on this transformation project which impacts both our maintenance department and the whole site.
You will ideally have RCM experience as well as experience of leading criticality assessments but most importantly is the ability to train effectively and challenge the status quo.
Although this role is a 2 year fixed term contract with a competitive salary and benefits it can open up other further longer term opportunities within the company.
 

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver a reduction in engineering downtime.
•Devise a MAC implementation programme.
•This will be achieved by delivering all components of the MAC toolkit and the development of a maintenance manual for all production lines.
•Be the recognised ‘maintenance’ expert on site, with knowledge of all the latest techniques / technologies.
•Continuous improvement of the MAC toolkit.
Support the training and development of AEM, engineers, ATM, Operators, on MAC tools and processes.
 

Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications

•HNC or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
•Experience of Lean Manufacturing techniques such as six sigma
•Ability to train effectively
•Mechanical Comprehension skills
•Lead Criticality assessments and FMEA activities
•Influencing skills
•Maintenance planning or engineering experience
•Facilitation skills – ability to run workshops with cross functional teams
•RCM experience would be an advantage
