Pre-sales Engineer - Chennai
Experience - 3-6 years
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with sales teams to assist prospective clients. Ride shotgun to our Sales Associates on critical sales calls providing technical sales support. Identify customer needs and assist in ideating appropriate solutions to establish as the best solution available. Create quick prototypes based on understanding of customer requirements. Act as a feedback funnel directly to our product teams, offering insights and recommendations gathered from customer interactions. Act as the sales team's technical encyclopedia during the sale, representing the technical aspects of how the product solves specific customer problems. Support marketing and business development teams with developer marketing and evangelism activities.
