Job Requirements

 

  • Build and maintain a high performing, empowered Settlement Engineering – Reconciliation team
  • Set strategic vision for the function; plan and execute to achieve the vision
  • Introduce innovative support models to support Dev, QA and Product Owners
  • Team Management -- Lead, manage, hire, empower the team. Anticipate the changing demands for skills; select the best people for the future.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing within team and across and up the organization to appropriate stakeholders. Ensure that team is energized, unified, and moving towards a common goal.
  • Staff and Career Development -- develop people in line with strategic organizational and departmental objectives. Coach others in the value and methods of associate development.
  • Work in a fast-paced, iterative, agile development environment.
  • Innovation -- promote innovative ideas.  Work with the team to discover, propose, and implement ideas that will improve their productivity and the quality of DM’s data assets
  • Organizational Savvy -- predict impacts, avoid disruptions, and pursue actions that are likely to succeed. Share information to gain common commitment and understanding in achieving objectives. Identify key players and potential actions for high-impact, sensitive situations or issues. 
  • Provide coaching and mentorship across the organization
  • Develop extensive knowledge of the functional area, business strategies, company priorities and the industry
  • Design the team structure to be resilient to business demand changes and provide consistent performance and focus in all the critical areas.
  • Identify creative ways to “Do more with less” and delivering on business critical needs
  • Use a data-driven approach to drive the success of the team; Measure and publish metrics
