售后技术支持工程师

Job Description

Job Title: Engineer, Technical After sales, 售后技术支持工程师
Location: 深圳市坪山新区

Brief introduction 简要介绍
在合资公司合作框架下,随着公司整体战略推进与市场推广节奏,推动并实施技术类售后核心业务板块,在公司和部门已有的政策流程的限制下,目标旨在于向服务店提供全面有效的技术信息。确保不会因为车辆维修不好而导致的用户退还车影响公司品牌形象和顾客投诉。
Key Responsibility description关键职责描述
1. Design of serviceable product可服务性产品设计 (20%)
Define maintenance & repair methods for relevant vehicle components incl. the HV-system.
Define corresponding workshop equipment & tooling incl. special tools, replacement parts and documentation in order to achieve high product serviceability.
考虑技术规定,定义高压连接方案,定义维护及维修方法(包含高压部件等),基于上述业务,定义维修车间专用工具及维修设备,基于上述业务,定义售后零部件明细目的为完成Tiger项目可服务性产品设计。  
2. Diagnostics system诊断系统 (20%)
Conduct diagnosis definition meetings for relevant components incl. HV-system.
Define diagnosis and flash requirements with involved partners of engineering and production. Implement abovementioned requirements in after sales diagnosis tool.
Perform quality assurance on diagnosis tool system and data based on tests and field feedback.
组织召开诊断定义会议,包括高压系统;组织研发和生产部门共同定义诊断刷写软件的要求;开发实现上述要求的诊断工具;基于测试与现场反馈,保质保量地执行诊断系统的开发,目的是提供一套专业完善的诊断系统。       
3. Customer and Retail literature客户及零售资料 (20%)
Develop and implement product introduction- and service manuals,
Develop and implement customer- and repair manuals,
Develop and implement wiring diagrams and functional descriptions, derive from work field 1 and define labor times and flat rates in order to provide professional technical information to customers and dealers.
开发并制定产品介绍及服务手册;开发并制定客户维修手册;开发并制定线路图及功能描述书;定义工时标准及工时费率,目的是为了向客户及服务店提供专业的技术类信息。    
4. Product Change Management产品改进 (15%)
Continuously monitor product related changes and their impact on After Sales systems and operations. Update technical information accordingly if needed and assure the correctness and availability of the updated information in order continuously improve service quality.
不断提出产品相关技术改进建议,协助新产品试装、改进以及跟踪验证。目的在于不断提高服务质量。
5. Field Technical Support区域技术支持 (15%)
Provide timely and high quality field support to guide and supervise the dealer’s staff maintenance work. Provide remote technical support by phone, mail and other means in order to improve dealers’ staff technical level and improve customer satisfaction. Provide on-site support, if needed.
提供周到及时的现场技术支持并监督操作人员的维修作业;提供远程技术支持,通过电话、邮件及其他手段,旨在提高服务店维修人员技术水平、提高客户满意度。
6. Task Reporting项目报告
Ongoing safeguarding and reporting of project relevant task milestones on basis of After Sales plan. Reporting and presentation of quality gates results in order to inform the management on work experience, accomplishment and gained insight.
Definition and initiation of counter-measures where necessary and required in co-operation with both JV partners.
定期更新及汇报售后规划中的项目执行情况。高质量的向管理层汇报当前工作,包含工作经验、成就及领悟心得;要求合作的双方,在有必要的情况下,起草及汇报针对当前问题的对策。       
7. Methods/processes方法/流程 (5%)
Define and optimize methods and processes in order to improve quality and efficiency in above mentioned work fields.
定义及优化工作中的方法及流程,以期提高工作质量及效率。  

Qualification 任职条件
·Engineering education background, bachelor is preferred  工科学历,学士优先
·At least 3 years working experience in automotive technical Aftersales.       三年以上的售后领域工作经验
·Ideally experience in China or other Asian markets. 具有中国/亚洲市场经验者优先
·Intercultural competency, ideally working experience in international companies跨文化沟通能力
·Fluent English英语口语流利
·Basic project management skills, familiar with reporting to management level. 基础的管理技能,熟练的向管理层汇报的能力
·Profound understanding of service and parts business and processes. 对售后技术及流程的深刻理解(服务、备件、保修及培训)
·Profound understanding of engineering processes. 深刻了解工程流程
