Job Description

Responsibilities:

 Full-time dedicated to improvement initiatives.

- Leadership of complex DMAIC & change projects.

- Green Belt coach.

- Improvement Facilitator to assigned site senior managers. Providing: Support in establishing improvement plans in alignment via deployment of the DOPA process. Support in the deployment of business management by processes. Support in the development of employee engagement & empowerment in improvement.

- Member of the site and Continuous Improvement Lean-Sigma community.

 

Requirements:

- Experience in leadership of continuous improvement and change projects in an industrial domain.

- Experience of working with senior management.

- Expertise in Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies and toolsets.

- Expetise in the coaching of operational teams and individuals.

- Proven track record in operational roles in aerospace or industrial companies (e.g. Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, CS, …).

- Certified Green Belt (preferably Black Belt) in an industrial environment (Lean and Six-Sigma).

- Thorough knowledge of generic key business processes.

Customer focused and results oriented.

Fluent in local language and English.
