employee child medicine compensation

company certificate paper: car, housing loan application etc

explanation of employee manual and HR policy

employee leave talk and analysis

handle employee conflicts

perform as key coordinator internally for HR related issues

employee retaining process

target key employees potentially unstable

key employees motivation check and analysis

report and proposals

HR report

headcount and position change (new, leave, promotion etc.)

actual vs. plan (forecast) recruitment issues

employee leaving analysis

employee retaining analysis

HR project tracking (consolidate all HR projects/activities)

HR comments and highlights (management issues from HR point of view)

annual employee survey process

new employee orientation training

maintain eHR system


 

职能需求 Competence Profile:

1、Bachelor degree

2、Over 1 year working experience in HR, prfer experince in MNC company,

3、Good communication skill
