Job Description

Main Responsibility:

This position is acting as an HR Consultant to the business units to provide consultancy and expertise on the HR practices and execute comprehensive HR Services in a proactive and strategic manner in line with business requirements:

1. This position is responsible for recruitment planning and selection process to ensure the fulfillment of recruitment plan based on the business development;

2. This position is responsible for employee relations and communications to provide a comprehensive consultancy on HR related issues to internal clients; it acts as the contact interface to the business units to provide advice and expertise on HR topics;

3. This position is responsible to coordinate and implement the HR related concepts, projects, consulting & operations;

4. This position is responsible for the Employee Dialogue and the Comparative Appraisal Panels;

5. This position is responsible for the Implementation of “Spitzenpersonalarbeit” to strengthen Position as TOP Employer;

6. This position is responsible for special Tasks & Projects

 

Qualification:

3-5 years in HRBP or related HR field.

Auto OEM experience

Above average English
