• Sales plan and execution
Delivers input to the development of the regional sales plan.
Realizes sales according to budget/plan, related to volume, price, margin, products and customers.
Negotiates prices and payment conditions within OTC policy and above the set (minimum) target prices.
• Account plans
Develops account plans for own portfolio of customers (A&B accounts), according to DFS format and executes these plans, in order to realize to budgeted turn over and margin.
• Sales contracts and follow up
• Relationship/account management
• (Global) Key account management (when applicable)
• Product launches
• Interaction with internal organization
• Bachelor degree or above in Food
• Knowledge of savoury food industry and markets
• Communication and negotiation skills
Required level of experiences
• More than 5-10 years related experience in sales in savory Foods Ingredients business
• Have good connections with China savoury industry
• Teamwork, problem solving, initiative, willing to learn, performance motivation
• Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
