1. Must be fluent in Chinese and English
2. BSc in Marketing and Administration or other business related subjects.
3. Self-motivated, eager and willing to learn
4. Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team
5. Minimum of 10 years of commercial experience in similar positions.
6. Well-presented and driven.
- Back Office Support for China office
- Handling & Coordinating Distributor related matters, complaints and queries
- Preparation of Quotations
- Coordination of Order Entry and follow up on order status
- Maintaining records for internal and external needs
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports
- Booking transport and accommodation
- Organizing local training, meeting as necessary.
- keeping personnel records
