We are currently looking for an Internal Recruiter in our Beijing office to support our specialist teams and offices across China.
l Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
l Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need and expanding our recruitment talent database
l Completing a direct search of the candidate database to find the right person for the vacancy;
l Develop and manage a good understanding of external candidate market, especially of competitors;
l Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates;
l Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the line manager;
l Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
l Build/maintain networks and relationship to find qualified candidates
l Responsible for all related external recruitment events including campus and experienced hire.
l Responsible for probation and exit F2F interview to ensure the entire staffing process goes well
l Multi-tasking with positive attitude
l Good communication and interpersonal skills
l 2-3 years recruitment working experience
l Bachelor degree or above
l Fluency in written & spoken English
