  1. 在指定的区域内开发销售渠道,拓展新市场,维护客户关系。
  2. 根据销售战略制定并执行行动方案,并完成销售指标。
  3. 负责区域内项目的分析、跟踪,反馈。
  4. 工作过程中维护公司品牌形象,并和其他部门通力合作。
  5. 学习掌握公司的技术知识,推广公司技术。
  6. 收集市场信息(包括销售渠道和竞争对手的客户等等),分析市场变化和趋势,并及时调整销售计划。
  7. 参与投标和合同谈判。
  8. 完成上级指派的其他工作。




  1. 理工科,市场营销,或相关专业大学本科以上学历。
  2. 至少8年的电力系统或者石化系统相关行业销售经验
  3. 具有2年以上环保行业销售经验为佳。
  4. 熟练操作各种办公软件和办公自动化设备。



  1. 具备分析,判定和解决问题的能力。
  2. 快速学习能力。
  3. 良好的沟通能力和中英文读写能力。
  4. 有良好的团队合作精神及敬业精神。
  5. 在不同环境中具备很强的适应能力。。
  6. 良好的商业及道德准则
  7. 适应50%或以上的时间出差。

Primary Responsibilities


  • Grow and develop sales channel, explore new market and maintain customer relationship in the indicated region
  • Develop and implement action plan and achieve sales goals according to sales strategy.
  • Responsible for project tracking、analyze、feedback.
  • Maintain positive company brand reputation during work and by cooperation well with other departments
  • Study company technologies, and promote those technologies
  • Collect market and sales information (including sales channel\customers of competitors and so on) analyze market change and trend, adjust sales plan accordingly.
  • Participate in the bidding and negotiate contracts for customer.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by superior.




Education and Experience

  • Bachelor degree or above in Business / Marketing or Engineering.
  • A minimum 8 years of experience in power industry or petrochemical related sales
  • 2years working experience in the areas of emissions control preferred
  • Experience with relevant software applications.



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to identify and resolve problems.
  • Good communications skills, including reading and writing skills – in Chinese and English.
  • Good team sprite and professional dedication.
  • Highly adaptive in different working environment and good adjustment skill.
  • Good at business ethics and self discipline;
  • Must be able to travel 50% of the time or more.
