Plan and implement the business plan for e-channel. Promote and grow the sales on different e-platforms. Accomplish our sales target on main e-platforms, monthly P/L follow up
Key account maintenance including:
Account annual contract negotiation
Plan annual JBP and review periodically
Make promotion plans and product combination solutions (including new products promotion)
Establish and follow up on monthly promotion activities
Trade marketing planning including:
Make marketing and promotion campaign calendar
Implement these marketing activities
Resources allocation within the marketing budget
Consumer behavior research:
Market research of online and offline consumers’ U&A, to identify the most efficient consumer communication channels
Identify the consumer preference among different platforms in order to develop the effective strategy to approach those consumers
Find out consumer needs among different platforms
The Successful Applicant
At least 3 years experiences in FMCG industry, preferably within Food.
Minimum 1 year key account management and channel management
Strong experience in Digital Marketing activities to drive traffic on websites(SEO, SEM, Affiliation, Display).
Strong experience in Website running (Content Management, eMerchandising, A/B testing personalization Experience in building eBusiness operations (organization, processes, guidelines).
People management experience is a must, in leading and managing cross functional team
Stakeholder Management in a matrix organization
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
Bachelor degrees or above
