Job Description

Basic Function:

The role will be responsible to coordinate and manage the Product Cost Controlling as an exhaustive role within the Industrial Control and Mfg Finance, progressively implementing and extending the Company tools & techniques as well as effectively deal with local constraints

 

 

Responsibilities, Accountabilities:

1. Support plant finance and Manufacturing Operations as a coordination role for Std/Actual Product Costing (current Products, new Products)

2. Standard costing, product costing, product cost change analysis by period, budget and forecast standardization, variance analysis, inventory controls.

3. Implement industrial KPIs and Reporting for Mfg Product Cost Change

4. Benchmark processes to best in class practices

 

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, accounting, finance or Management

• 5+ years of experience in finance

• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized

• Project Management team buy-in approach and open-mind flexibility to different cultures

• Knowledge of operations manpower processes, labor & materials analysis procedures (basic required, experienced as a plus) 

• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluent English required on top of mother language)

• Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated

• Strong commitment to meeting tight deadlines, under certain level of stress, self-motivated and flexibility  to work afterhours as necessary

• Ability to successfully manage ambiguity and deliver on assignments with minimal supervision

• Willingness to take on related additional tasks and expand upon current responsibilities with minimal direction

• Good-to-Excellent excel modeling and skills

• Forecasting and budgeting skills

• Availability to intercontinental travelling (short - long stay) in Europe, USA
