Responsible for developing organization capability by creating and implementing training, performance management, talent management infrastructure and framework, assisting in company culture shaping
Partners with CEO, HRD, and managers in the management of all organization capability development programs as below:
Training & Development
1、Training plan: Training needs analysis and annual training plan making
2、Training implementation: organize company level training by selecting appropriate training vendors and building internal training system, follow up functional trainings implemented by department.
3、Training evaluation & record: keep the right training records and evaluation of training effectiveness
4、Competency management including Establishing and optimizing the competency matrix, the appropriate development and use of competency/skills management processes and tools for employee development
5、Design, follow and improve the system of employee career development
6、Talent management program including succession plan
1. Continue to improve performance management system to match the changing business development stage
2. Organize annually performance review and competency development conversation; and provide summary to follow up development trend
3. Training and coaching employees and line managers of all tools and approaches
Company culture shaping:
To initiate activities or programs which support to promote company value and culture
Bachelor's degree or above
6+ years HR experience in training, performance management and employee development, project experience in implementation of leadership program or competency management program is preferred.
Must demonstrate strong project management skills. Prefer experience implementing talent retention strategies in the area of compensation & benefits. Strong data analysis skills and experience implementing talent management technology solutions.
Fluent in written and oral in English and Chinese
