供应商质量管理工程师

工作地点: 重庆-九龙坡区
职位概要Summary
根据公司质量体系,组织评估供应商质量体系。监督和推动供应商持续提高产品质量,以满足公司要求。
Under the guidance of the quality policy and quality objectives, estimate qualification of suppliers based on their quality performance, supervise and push them to improve the quality of their products to meet our quality requirements.

职责Responsibilities: 
1.Evaluate potential suppliers’ quality capability to make sure it meets our volume, quality and delivery requirements. 评估供应商质量及技术保证能力,确保所选择供应商满足公司要求。
2.Coordinate with purchasing, planning, quality, technics and production for parts’ quality issues. 与采购、计划、质量、技术、生产等部门协调,对供应材料、零件的使用状态做出最佳判断。
3.Be responsible for corrective action of the non-conformance and follow up until closed. 审核供应商整改措施的有效性,跟踪供应商质量整改过程,做出整改有效性判断。
4.Make audit plan and make sure suppliers activities relating to our products are under control. 制订供应商审核计划,确保供应商对质量过程控制的有效性。
5.Supervise and follow up suppliers’ products quality and manufacturing process from its’ raw material to parts delivery. Go on-site audit if necessary. 监控供应商过程管理的有效性,从原材料到交付。如有必要,现场监督及审核。
6.Make statistics to assess suppliers’ quality performance. 收集统计供应商质量状况。
7.Documentation and filing as procedure requires. 收集相关质量文件。
8.Monitor the whole FAI (first article inspection) process. 监控首件检验过程。
9.Train suppliers our quality requirement. 培训供应商。

技能及任职资格Skills and post qualification
1.Over 5 years’ working experience as supplier quality engineer.
2.Previous experience in Aluminum products manufacturing company is a plus.
3.Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.
4.Travel time is about 30%.
5.Minimum of a University degree in non-ferrous material.
6.Communication in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
